How long does it take for my WOODIE mudguards to arrive?

Unfortunately we cannot influence or predict the delivery time of our individual shipping partner. Due to weekends, public holidays and certain production specifications, there may be a slight delay on customers receiving their products. These days must be added and taken into account for the production and delivery time.

The delivery time is, unless otherwise stated in the offer:

within Germany: 5 - 7 working days
within European Union: 5 - 14 working days
within Europe without EU: 7 – 14 working days
to USA, Canada: 15 – 18 working days
to Australia, New Zealand, Japan and other countries: 15 – 18 working days

Please note: The delivery time begins after receipt of payment on the next following business day.

Through which shipping company shall the delivery be distributed?

The delivery of the goods will be handled through DHL to the named addresses. Deliveries to DHL Pack Station addresses are not possible.

Can I process the payment or somehow speed up the delivery?

Please consider, that your order can be made only after successful completion of payment into our account. When paying in advance, depending on the financial institution, it is expected a payment will approximately take four business days to transfer. Therefore in urgent cases, please select Paypal as the payment or pay through sofortueberweisung.de.

Which countries can WOODIE mudguards be sent to?

Outside Germany, we ship to the following countries: EU – member states (Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Griechland, Great Britain, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal , Romania, Sweden, Switzerland, Slovakia, Spain, Czech Republic and Hungary), Europe without EU, USA, Canada, Australia, Japan, New Zealand and other countries.

What should I consider when orders from outside of EU?

Please note: In case of shipping to outside of European Union you must pay incurred additional charges and duties. Do I get a tracking code for my delivery?

Yes. Once we have shipped your mudguards, you will immediately receive a tracking number via e-mail with the shipment tracking number so you can always view the status of your order.

What happens if I am not at home at the time of delivery?

Should you not be at home at the time of delivery, you’ll find a notification in your mailbox which shall explain where you can retrieve your package from.

What do I do if my order does not arrive to me at all or is in a defective condition?

Are configured WOODIE mudguards always available?

We always make sure that all variations of our product which are displayed in the configurator can be produced. Despite ongoing updates of our inventory, there may unfortunately exceptional cases when a pattern is not available. If the ordered product cannot be produced for various reasons such as obtaining materials from our suppliers, we will inform you immediately and you may propose a comparable product to replace it with. If no comparable product is available or a comparable product is no longer wanted, we will reimburse you if the amount has already been paid.
